Why I’m not going to link to the N97 rumour

In general I hate it when people tell me rumours yet forget to include a source.
I’ve seen the images of the Nokia N97 and frankly I’m not all that impressed.
Let us think rationally for a second, the N97 moniker would indicate that this
bad boy would have a 7 megapixel camera not the 5 as listed in the "leaked" specs; that is how I would market it.

While people will link away and spread rumours … some things just don’t make
sense. The N95 isn’t even out, why are we talking about the N97?

If I am wrong about all this then I’ll be happy I’m proven wrong because the
leaked specs, to me at least, are frankly amazing.

…

At this point you’re expecting me to list the specs and the leaked images
right? Not going to happen. In the future I may speak about rumours as some are genuinely interesting conversation pieces, but this thing is just too out there to be reality.
