Nokia is planning to release internet edition of Nokia N73, N93 and N70 in Asia this coming December. Similar to the Nokia N80 internet edition announced few months back, the phones will get a internet short cut key to access the internet in a quicker way.

If you’ve been reading Ring Nokia for a while you’ll realize how much I dislike things like this. Dishonesty to the n-th degree. Stabbing customers of the first versions in the back I say.

UPDATE: Thank you Darla Mack for pointing out my typo, it was N70/73/93 NOT 90

hey, great site. Bumped into it from e-series.org.
I TOTALLY agree with you on the crazy strategies of Nokia like these “new” releases on the “internet/music editions”.

Yea they are doing the same thing Microsoft did with Windows XP. There was Tablet, Media Center, Home, and Professional. They need to put emphasis on the functionality, and create brand awareness about the OS.
