I am a very visual person, looking at pictures helps me remember all the memories I’ve built over time. I grew up in NYC and loved every second of it. I moved out to the suburbs of Long Island when I was 15 and since that day I’ve missed it. I’ve promised myself I will end up back there one of these years.

The food, the museums, the diversity of people, the parks … nothing can describe NYC, it’s an experience, not a location. Sites like Flickr and YouTube help me associate what I’m seeing on the screen with memories I have embedded in my brain. I need to remember, I want to remember.

The Nokia flagship store was erected in NYC while I was, and still am, living in Texas. I never got a chance to see it. Shame. It looks beautiful:
