Sony Pictures and SterKinekor Home Entertainment, along with Nokia, announced the release of the first movie on a memory card in South Africa.
The 512MB miniSD movie card features the movie “The Da Vinci Code”, and will be given exclusively for a limited period of time, starting from 3rd of March 2007, to customers when they purchase or upgrade to the Nokia N80.
The movie is coded using Actimagine’s patented Mobiclip technology, that offers a DVD-like quality video on the handsets.
