Direct Push email for Palm Treo 650After supporting it on its 680 and 700p models, Palm also made Exchange ActiveSync Update available for Treo 650 owners. If you still haven’t switched to the newer Treo, and want all the benefits of the direct push-email, this is your chance.

The service will cost you roughly 3 bucks ($2.99), and requires that you have VersaMail 3.5 installed. And as Engadget’s Darren Murph wrote, I can already see hard-nosed managers grin from ear to ear.

I already installed the new Versa Mail (3.5) and the Palm update to enble the push mail. Yes, it works and it syncs calendar and contacts as well.
BUTTTTTTTTTT, when my Treo 650 loses contact with the network it restart itself. I do not know if anyone had this problem… but is important to know.
