Pharos finally releases their GPS Phone for sale this week. The Pharos 600 and 600E feature the SiRFstar III GPS chipset and run Windows Mobile 5.0. The $600 Pharos 600E is differentiated from its bigger brother by its lack of North America maps and the Ostia Navigation package. The Pharos 600 is pricier, at $700, but comes with complete global maps and the aforementioned Nav software. There’s no 3G connectivity, or a keyboard. But both models boast a 2 megapixel camera, WiFi radio, and bluetooth connectivity.
