So it seems we’re not the only ones who thought the LG KE850 ‘Prada’ Phone was not quite the iPhone killer it was supposed to be. Those LG engineers may have just been teasing us with the KE850 because they might be pushing out a successor to the Prada Phone – the LG KS20. Wait, does anyone even have a KE850 yet? Regardless, whereas the LG KE850 was supposed to be the iPhone ‘Killer,’ let’s call the LG KS20 the iPhone ‘Dominator’ (you heard it here first, folks).
LG’s newest iPhone rival updates the previous-not-even-cold-off-the-factory-line Prada Phone with even more touch-screen hotness. The feature set on the iPhone ‘Dominator’ is freaking amazing – and this is coming from a certified iPhone fanatic (but don’t call me a fanboy)! The ‘Dominator’ Phone will bring the smackdown with improved features like:
- Larger Color touchscreen (99.5 x 58 x 12.9 mm)
- Bluetooth 2.0
- 2 megapixel camera
- GPRS/EDGE/HSPA (that means both HSDPA and HSUPA)
- microSD expansion
- Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional
It’s not hard to see that the ‘Dominator’ poses a serious threat to the iPhone, both in design and features. If this thing has even one band of US GSM frequency (1900mhz), it’s likely to rock Jobs’ socks right off his smug little feet.
