Instead of pitching a device a seller should listen to the needs of the customer. I can’t tell you how often I go into operator shops and get offered the "free with 2 year contract" device.
When I whip out an E61i, they shut up and look in awe.
Customization is brought up. I can’t wait until we see Tune my S60 booths spring up in shopping malls and electronic stores around the world. Why not offer software at these terminals too?
