Roughly a month and a half ago we saw the Asus P550 passing the FCC hurdle and now we have the same device hitting the coming soon section at Vodafone’s site as v1520.
We don’t know the exact date, but we DO know this is one device to look forward to. It sports 256MB Flash ROM and 64MB SDRAM, huge 3.5″ QVGA touchscreen, 3G radio, built-in GPS receiver, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and the microSD memory slot. Naturally, Windows Mobile 6 is running the show, which should run smoothly thanks to v1520′s fast Marvel PXA270 520 MHz CPU.
We haven’t spotted this device being the part of Vodafone’s Christmas collection, meaning we may have to wait for the Q1 2008 to give it a try…
