ZenZui renamed to Zumobi

Remember Microsoft’s ZenZui “zooming user interface?” Now forget its name – cause it has been changed to Zumobi. And while we’re still wondering how will the change of the name reflect to the future releases and whether we’ll actually see the ZUne phone which will be the flagship product with Zumobi UI, the team behind the project has scheduled a release of the fresh beta for December 14. Apparently, the new ZenZui Zumobi will work on both Windows Mobile 5 and 6 powered devices with versions for BlackBerry and J2ME-enabled devices to follow somewhere in the Q2 2008. In the meantime, you may want to register for the beta from here.
