Zed has launched Zed Poker – Texas Hold ‘em Online, allowing gambling addicts and casual poker fans to compete against each other right from their mobile phones. In order to play, user must become a premium subscriber to the company’s Club Zed service, and afterwards start competing for virtual cash and points.

In case this sounds like your cup of tea, you should know you’ll be able to compete in tournaments, play against friends, or drop into random games and play against strangers. And to further sweeten the deal, Zed has also included the in-game chat, internal email system and the good ol’ buddy list.

Again, it’s the virtual cash you’ll be earning — meaning it’s perfectly legal for the U.S. citizens to participate.
