We love dual SIM-card compatible handsets. It’s even better when the double SIM card-wielding handset is powered by Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional and rocks a quad-band (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM radio.
The General Mobile DSTW1 delivers quad-band network access to one of the SIM card slots, while the other SIM card slot serves up tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM. One SIM card for the States and one SIM card for overseas? Sounds like that was the idea with this setup.

And, for the large-display lovers out there, the General Mobile DSTW1 features a 2.8-inch 240×320 touchscreen display, complementing the 117mm x 61mm x 18mm (4.6″ x 2.4″ x .7″) footprint that tips the scales at 144g. A 2 megapixel camera and microSD card slot round out the feature-set, but it looks like this guy’s limited to EDGE-only data connections.
Look for General Mobile to drop their DSTW1 in European markets in March. Pricing is unknown.
