LG Glimmer now official on Alltel

Well folks, LG just announced a new member of its Black Label series of handsets called Glimmer and it’s heading to Alltel. We’ve already spotted the Glimmer ad and now it’s only up to Alltel to officially start selling it.

As far as we know, the upcoming device has a slider form factor and among other things comes with EV-DO support, 2.8″ 262K color 240×400 touchscreen, 2 MP camera, Bluetooth, microSD slot, and 800 mAh battery which reportedly should provide users with up to 3.5 hours of talk and 7 days of standby time.

Sounds like a winner and I wouldn’t be surprised to see LG rolling out the GSM version in the near future. I’m sure some AT&T and T-Mobile users would love to try out this stylish baby, wouldn’t ya? ;)
