Samsung Q1 2008: 46.3 million devices shipped, $924 million in profit

Samsung’s Q1 2008 financial statements are out and they’re smoking! Device shipments reached 46.3 million versus 34.8 million this time last year, a startling 33% increase. Profits came in at 0.92 trillion South Korean Won, which is 923.68 million U.S. dollars. Amidst the tax evasion scandal where CEO Lee Kun-hee the company doesn’t seem to stop growing.
