Huawei E510 HSPA wireless card with a DVB-T Mobile TV tunerWireless card and wireless USB stick market is booming, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that many handset makers enter the lucrative market. But it’s not about which company will provide the fastest connection, any more — after all, all manufacturers rely on the same mobile technology. Rather, the idea seem to bundle more than just a mobile radio on the high-end models. Some makers opt to add GPS receivers, others like memory card slots, and today we’re presenting you with the first wireless card with a mobile TV tuner — or at least I haven’t seen any similar product.

The Huawei E510 supports GSM GPRS/EDGE and HSPA/UMTS networks, and like many similar products provides users with download speeds of up to 7.2Mbps. The plug and play card works with Windows XP and Vista, and seems designed for those people that lose tons of time on commuting every day. Otherwise, why would you need a TV on your laptop, right?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the detailed information about pricing nor availability. But as soon as some of the carriers add this multi-purpose wireless card to its offering, they’ll certainly make us all know about it…
