  I got the 08 and its dope as fuck , the lx has 4 corner mood lights and flash ….besides that nothing, the 08 has 2.0 megapixel vs the lx 1.3 but we have no flash and reading from the previous post my shit runs and works great not slow at all and the lx is hella bulky feels like sk3 when i hold the lx 08 is the shit and thats on mamas

  I have no clue what all the trash talking about sdk 08 is about. My cousin has the LX and the only cool thing about hers is the flashing lights. I just bought the 08 and I absolutely love this phone! It’s user friendly, looks great, slimmer design, not slow in my opinion, I have cute shells, and too me there are more features on my phone then my cuzzo’s. Haven’t heard ANYTHING about a touch and I wouldn’t want one. A sdk touch would be soo awkward and it would have to be huge. I agree they should update sdks with video,etc. But I also agree that I would touch another model from another company (Instinct maybe) b4 I invest in a sdk touch.

They both offer video,and voice record.Though the 2008 offers a 2.0 megapixel camera,the LX has a built in flash to support its pics.Those who already own an LX definetly should wait for the Sidekick touch.

I am a owner of sidekick 3, slide, I’d, Lx, and latest sk 08…I don’t think it is slow at all compare 2 the other sidekicks my friend have a sidekick 3 and omg compare to the 08 the graphics nd stuff is well not clear, nd high tech lookin…of course as a sidekick user I heard about the sidekick touch too…I have no idea what it is nd when its gonna come out but I use the touch on an iphone nd it just well,,suck o.o because when u type nd u accident touch another letter by a single light touch it mess up the whole word..I rather stick too the normal buttons…but! If the sk touch got new features of course I have to get it!   First and foremost the sk lx and shell are the same no more or no less applications then the other the lx has 4 corner mood lights and the shell has a bigger pixel camera and the talk of a sk touch coming out I think its a myth but I could be wrong if I does so happen to come out I would buy it right now I have a LX and I just bought a 08 for my wifey they seem to fit us fine or if anything go get the G1 I hear its going 2 be a best seller this year

  Okay, the sidekick LX and the shell/08 are the same thing. The difference is the LX has the 4corner moodlights unlike the shell/08 as stated above, the shell/08 has a 2.0 megapixel camera and no flash, rather than a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash like the LX, AND the shell/08 is slightly smaller than the LX with interchangeable “frames.”

  In regards to the “sidekick touch,” it is called Tmobile G1 phone and it is a GOOGLE phone, not sidekick phone. It is regarded to as a sidekick touch, because it resembles a sidekick when it comes to its shape and flip-open action. It will be available as of November2008.

  ok so i got the sk 08, this phone was a pain in the a** to sign into cuz i picked a username and a password and for some damn reason i ended up with like 500 contacts and a bunch of txt msgs tht weren’t even mine…i found out i logged into some guys stuff all the way in oregon or somethin but im in cali…if ur gettin a sidekick choose ur username wisely cuz u mite just hack into somebody elses stuff by accident…they should have like an availability check wen u first sign in…it can really help…well,
  it took about a week but i finally got tht sh** fixed hopefully…
  the phone is pretty dope i can txt faster now haha and hold a bunch of music and pix i was stuck with a w490 (tht boost lookin one), and for those complaining tht it doesnt have a lot of memory well its called a memory chip go to the store and buy one 4 gb should be enough…
  but yea anybody know how to put music videos on this thing?? cuz i tried doin it from my iTunes and yea it isnt workin so well…

  Hey! Ppls i have the sk 08 & i love it!! Theres so many apps & other things u can buy 4 it the different skins 4 the fone are awesome! U can have a new 1 everyday its not slow!! 1 thing i wish it did have is flash 4 the camera but i guess not so its all good!
