The Free Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG iPhone App
The good folks at Mercedes-Benz and 29HD Network have released a new multimedia app for the iPhone and iPod touch. The app features the brand-spanking new C63 AMG (NICE RIDE).
While there is no game play, the app is more of a multimedia hub of videos featuring drag races, laps around a speedway, down the Vegas strip and more. You can also listen to several engine sounds. Check out engine notes from ignition through full-throttle, and check out a whole whack of car specs that are organized into neat categories for you. There’s even a section that provides GPS-based directions to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership so that you can run out and drop some serious cash on a C63 AMG.
I’m certainly in no position to pick up the C63 AMG at the moment, but one day I’ll get there. In the meantime, I’m quite content to plod away on my iPhone and enjoy all of these new free iPhone apps that keep coming out. You can get the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG iPhone App here for free. Along the same lines, but more of a gaming app is the Audi A4 Driving Challenge app. In it, you take the wheel of an A4 and make your way around various tracks by tilting your iPhone to steer. It’s a fun little game, and as you go and break personal records, you unlock more tracks and different A4′s to drive. It’s a great free app for you iPhone and you can get it here.
