Skype says: call abroad from your mobile and save!

Skype very kindly emailed me, with a nice image-based email, to tell me I can use the Skypehone S2 (see my ‘lived-in’ review here), or another Skype-enabled mobile to save money when I call abroad:

International calls from your mobile at great rates. Skype To Go is exclusive to our monthly subscriptions. Simply call the Skype To Go number – it’s a local number – from your mobile and talk unlimited* to countries within your subscription.

Skype also suggest that I might want to get a Skypephone because they are great:

Either way round, Skype is a useful service for those obsessed with long calls to far-flung places, or those with lots of friends toting the Skype client – or both! Check out Skype’s website here.

    I use Skype to go all the time to call Mexico (Monterrey). Call quality is the best out of all the services I have used and the price is literally the best, $5.95 for unlimited calling to Mexico, 3 major cities and 2c to everywhere else in Mexico. Overall its very good quality and an unbeatable deal. People usually think of skype as computer based calling only but its much more.

    What i dont understand is what i need. Do i need a computer to join skype? I want to make calls to USA mobile phone from UK mobile phone. So what is the best thing i can do?
