Nokia to “Come With Music” across Europe in the near future?

Just as we reported Nokia’s “Comes With Music” initiative is heading to Singapore and Australia, we have a new info, suggesting other European countries — except UK which was lucky enough to be the first one to try it out — will get a chance to try out the Finnish giant’s unlimited music downloads scheme, too.

Nokia has announced a pan-European licensing deal with major record labels (Universal, EMI, Sony), as well as the national collecting societies SACEM, SDRM, and SESAM (France), SGAE (Spain), SIAE (Italy), STIM (Sweden), TEOSTO (Finland) and TONO (Norway). As a result, citizens of the countries mentioned above should expect to see few “Come With Music”-enabled phones hitting store shelves until the end of this year. Actually, no dates were given, but considering Nokia had enough time to test all aspects of the offering in the UK, most things seem ready for rolling out the service/product bundle. As soon as we hear something new on this, we’ll let you know, k?
