iphone-bluetooth-keyboardThe day when iPhone users can use their beloved Apple phone to tap out long(ish) emails and blog posts using an external bluetooth keyboard seems to be coming fast. Last we saw, the iPhone and iPhone 3G had been hacked to accept text inputs from an external keyboard. This time around, Ralf Ackermann shows off his iPhone-development skills with a new video that shows the iPhone playing nice with an Apple Bluetooth Keyboard.

We can see from the video (assuming that all is legit), that the iPhone not only logs keystrokes from the Bluetooth Keyboard, but it also ports keyboard commands to a native iPhone email application. The video bodes well for a working iPhone Bluetooth keyboard solution being made available in the near future – at least to those of us with Jailbroken iPhones.
