As many carriers tend to do with new services and rate-plan pricing, T-Mobile launched their $50 unlimited calling plan as a pilot program in San Francisco. With no other national wireless carrier able to match the $50 all-you-can-eat wireless rate plans, T-Mobile has no doubt seen some good response from loyal T-Mobile subscribers that were first offered the unlimited calling plan – known as the Unlimited Loyalty Plan. So much so that T-Mobile USA has apparently gone truly nationwide with their $50 unlimited rate plans.

Loyal T-Mobile subscribers with 22-months worth of paid up T-Mo bills can take advantage of the T-Mobile $50 unlimited calling plan from anywhere in the US! And, if you bring T-Mobile the bounty of a new customer subscription, you’ll be credited $135 to your account. Better yet, T-Mobile will port you onto their Loyalty Unlimited Plan without any contract extensions or commitments, making the jump to the unlimited calling plan an almost no-brainer.

Aside from effectively putting a $135 bounty on the heads of all non-T-Mobile customers, the carrier is pushing the floor of unlimited nationwide calling plans lower and lower. The consumer is the real winner here.

I have had T-mobile cell phone sevice over three years. I used to receive in-coming text messages at no cost upto a month ago when they started charging me 0.25 dollar for every text message. Besides that they started charging me for roaming in Canada 0.45 dollars everytime my phone rang. Then for some reason, I was not getting voice mail any longer. My friends were all complaining about not responding to their messages they left on my voice mail. Then I checked my voice mail myself and discovered that it never recorded any message. I was also getting poor reception down in Southern California region and frequent cuts off. They also charged me 5 dollars for a late payment. They said they are very strict by the rules but they did not care about fixing the problems I was having and giving me credits I deserved. So I decided to cancel my service. Don’t be fooled by their cheaper rate for unlimited calls. The service quality is what matters.
