fidow233The folks at Rogers’ discount carrier Fido are all set to launch one of the greenest phones to ever hit the market. The Motorola W233 Renew is made of recycled water bottles, and is Carbon free. A good idea to launch this one, especially when you consider April is ‘Earth Month’.

If you’d like to pick one of these up you can head over to Fido tomorrow and get one for FREE on a 2-year deal, or $65 on a prepaid option.

The Motorola W233 Renew is obviously more about the environment than features, but it does come with 2GB of removable memory and a 2.5mm earphone jack. It’s also pretty light and the small candybar form factor will make it easy to throw in your pocket or purse… or whatever. To learn more about the Motorola W233 Renew head on over to Motorola Canada.
