GotPlanS Disneyland Park PlannerHere’s a neat iPhone app, designed to help families (or couples or individuals) organize their trip to the Disneyland. The so called GotPlanS Disneyland Park Planner will help users get around all the attractions the famous theme park has to offer. Among the features included in the app are:

  • Customizable and zoomable map with GPS
  • Ability to create a personalized, check-offable to-visit list
  • View attraction wait times (very, very handy from my experience)
  • Map all points-of-interest, what’s nearby, or just attractions on your to-visit list
  • Set and receive pop-up alerts when attraction wait times drop below your settings
  • Get event schedules, attraction closures, park hours and passholder blockout dates
  • Add special events, FASTPASS return times and Disneyland restaurant reservations to your calendar
  • Receive pop-up reminders for items on your calendar
  • Browse attractions, dining, menus, snack carts and shopping options for 180 points-of-interest
  • Record precisely where you parked
  • Create a check-offable gift list
  • Record a personalized account of your Disneyland experience to share via email

The application is not free, it costs 3 bucks, which is not much considering you’ll save tons of time planning the visit. On the other hand, Disney should provide something like this free of charge to entice people to visit their resorts in the tough economic times we’re living. Or at least, that’s my thinking. AppStore link is here.
