The Samsung OMNIA is now available for Canadian consumers on Bell. Of particular interest to most Canucks I’m sure, the OMNIA is coming preloaded with a 2GB microSD card full of NHL content… including video, audio, ringtones, wallpapers and more. PLUS, Bell is going to throw in a free subscription to the Unlimited NHL service, until June 30th. This should be good enough to get you through the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Surely the goal here is to get you hooked and have you subscribe for next season :)

Pricing on the Samsung OMNIA from Bell is as follows (on a minimum $45/mth Voice/Data plan):

  • 3-year: $129.95
  • 2-year: $399.95
  • 1-year: $499.95
  • Outright: $549.95

The OMNIA runs Windows Mobile 6.1, has a 3.2″ touchscreen display, built-in accelerometer, 5MP camera, 8GB of internal memory with the capability to expand to 24GB. The OMNIA is not a lightweight, that’s for sure! Lots of features.
