Have you tried ‘Airport Mania: First Flight’ for the iPhone yet? It’s been at the top of the paid app listings for some time now in the App Store… And the other day I happened to notice there was a ‘Lite’ version available to give us all a taste of the game for free!

I figured the game must be good, so I went ahead and downloaded the ‘Lite’ version for a test run… And boy, was I ever surprised, the game is darn good! If you enjoy a good puzzle/thinking game combined with colorful and fun graphics, Airport Mania is just the ticket. The object of the game is to keep your passengers happy by landing planes, unloading them, reloading them and when done all of that… send them back on their way with a take off. Sometimes, planes need repairs or fuel, so you’ll have to handle those situations as well. Upgrades are available for your airport as you progress through the game, and the better and faster you proceed through each level will earn you more and more money.

Gameplay is fast and very intuitive, with only a few taps needed on the screen to control each plane. After running through the first few ‘test flights’ you’ll know exactly what you’re doing, and will probably get hooked into the game for more and more play.

I highly recommend you check out ‘Airport Mania: First Flight Lite’ (iTunes link) in the App Store. It’s free, and if you like it… Please do show some love and pick up the full version for only $0.99 (iTunes link).

Two thumbs up captain.
