Google Sync Beta now for Symbian S60!

Google has announced that its Google Sync service can now sing along Symbian S60 smartphones. Actually they’re referring to Nokia S60, but I guess Samsung smartphones using the same platform will work just as well.

Those not familiar should know that Google Sync relies on the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol, offering two-way over-the-air contacts and calendar synchronization. You’ll need a Google account and Mail For Exchange software installed on your S60 device to use the service, and soon as you have that on place (and I presume you already do), you’re ready to go. The whole process is done in the push “manner,” making sure the changes appear automatically within minutes…

You can get more information about the service from the dedicated page on Google’s website.
