We have no idea if the video you’re about to see is legit or not, but it sure does get your attention. If real, your iPhone 3GS might just be water-resistant enough to survive a fairly short dip in a pool. We don’t suggest finding out for yourself, but please do report back if you decide to take the plunge.

Keep it mind that waterproof cases aren’t hard to come by.

Surprisingly i think this is legit because the day after my friend john got his new 3gs we threw him in a pool not knowing he had his phone in his pocket.. He was in there for about 10-15 minutes before he realized it…
Honestly it didn’t do anything to the phone itself. It helped he had headphones plugged in i guess so that kept water from going in that hole there.. But we were really suprised.
