Red Five LabsFolks behind the .NET Compact Framework for Symbian S60 platform, Red Five Labs,  have announced a new offering. It’s called Net60 Explore, and it allows developers to use Net60 free for non-commercial use.

The solution comes with a perpetual license that is linked to an individual device IMEI number, and developers can easily create licenses for themselves from Net60’s website.

But the news don’t stop there. Net60 folks also announced that developers can now to create S60 applications and distribute them royalty free. In other words, the “per device” fee is no more!
