GyPSii scored a deal with China Unicom’s Shanghai Unicom to become the premier mobile social network solution for its new consumer 3G SNS Service, UniSpace. (Note: I’m not sure what is “SNS”, it’s from the press release).
As a result, more than 5 million Shanghai Unicom customers will be able to download GyPSii from the UniSpace website, and this is only the beginning as they plan to roll out to more than 130 million subscribers of China Unicom.
You know the rest – users will be able to create their own geo-tagged content and share it with the world, as well as keep in touch with friends and family.
As a reminder, GyPSii works on an array of platforms, including Symbian, Java ME, Windows Mobile and the iPhone. It’s available as a free download from GyPSii’s website (Chinese website is here).

Dusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do.

The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
