My brother from another mother, Matthew Miller, got his hands on a Nokia Surge and recorded a 10 minute video going through the device. He also posted his impressions of the device, in case you don’t want to watch. The Nokia Surge, known as the 6760 Slide by the rest of the world, is an AT&T device that retails for less than $100 with a 2 year contract (€200 unlocked in the EU) and gives you a full QWERTY keyboard, GPS, S60 and a 2 megapixel camera (6760 Slide has 3 megapixels). I’ll keep my thoughts about this device to myself this time. You’ve already seen me go off on it before.
This second video is from Joni Blecher, of letstalk.com, a mobile phone retailer. She is a fan of the The Bee Gees, which wins her some serious love from me:
Stefan Constantinescu (@WhatTheBit on Twitter) has loved technology since as far back as he can remember. It started with computers, but in the past few years his passion has turned to mobile devices. As a mobile phone enthusiast who lives and breathes devices that connect to the internet, he knows he is not alone with this radical fascination of all things wireless. He is strongly opinionated and enjoys a good debate so leave comments in his posts and he’ll get back to you!
Stefan began blogging as a hobby in the fall of 2006 and joined IntoMobile in the summer of 2007. Later he got a job at Nokia in March 2008, but as of June 2009 he has rejoined the IntoMobile team. He is currently based out of Helsinki, Finland.
