Sprint’s going green with the upcoming Samsung Reclaim. Like the name suggests, the Samsung Reclaim does its part to help protect the environment by making use of all kinds of recycled and eco-friendly materials. From the chemicals used to manufacture components to the ink used on the retail packaging, the Samsung Reclaim minimizes its impact on Mother Nature. The vertically-sliding Samsung Reclaim features a 2-megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD card slot – encased in a body composed of 40% biodegradable corn-plastic and free of PVC and BFR. Even the retail packaging is made from 70% recycled paper products and sports soy-based ink. Now that’s eco-friendly!

Sprint will launch the Samsung Reclaim on August 16 for $49.99 when purchased on a new two-year contract. Hit up the video and photo gallery for a close-up look at the Samsung Reclaim.
