Samsung Messager II lands at MetroPCS

Just as we expected, MetroPCS has started selling the Samsung Messager successor simply called Messager II, model SCH-R560. We’re talking about the same kind of device that prides itself with both numeric keypad and full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, which is therefore ideal for heavy texters. Of course, the updated model is bit slicker and also packs EV-DO connectivity support, as well as the better camera (2-megapixel as opposed to 1.3-megapixel of the original Messager) that can also take videos now. All this could be yours for $149 sans any MetroPCS contracts signed.

For the record, the Samsung Messager II is already available in Canada some time now, where we spotted two carriers offering the phone as the Samsung Vice.
