Two hot handsets are getting a tentative release date on T-Mobile; the Motorola cliq and BlackBerry 9700 (a.k.a Onyx) should be hitting shelves on November 11th. Rogers is still apparently good to go with the new Bold in mid/late October, but AT&T should be launching at the same time as T-Mobile. If you didn’t catch our coverage of the launch event, the cliq is Motorola’s first Android handset, and will be hosting a new user interface/social networking service called motoblur, which amalgamates information from all of your contacts across multiple networks. Preorders for the cliq start October 16th. The BlackBerry 9700 Bold, though still not officially announced, will be updating the older 9000 model with a slimmer profile, slick new trackpad, improved camera, and more application memory. Both are worth getting excited about, and should do good things for T-Mobile over the holidays.
