LG-ArenaMax-WiFiA new LG handset dubbed the Arena Max is on the way, according to a recent Wi-Fi certification. Specifics about the LU9400 are anybody’s guess, but it’s probably safe to assume it takes the existing LG Arena and takes to the max. And is totally rad. In all honesty, the Arena was already pushing the upper end with a 5 megapixel camera, 3″ WVGA display, and 7.2 Mbps-capable HSPA connectivity, but they could in theory bump up the camera to 8 megapixels, make the screen bigger, give it a physical keyboard, and who knows, maybe even throw on Android with S-Class UI like the Etna, although LG is already working on another Android handset, apparently. Whatever the case may be, at least we know what to keep our eyes peeled for.
