tmobile_logoT-Mobile loves Android. They were the first wireless carrier to offer an Android phone. They’ve been offering Android phones ever since. LG, on the other hand, hasn’t really made a name for itself in the Android space. The two don’t really seem like logical Android partners, but new rumors have LG and T-Mobile in talks to make an Android phone for the US.  Telecoms Korea says that T-Mobile recently sent some of its people to LG’s South Korean headquarters, so this rumor has some meat to it.

Motorola has their Droid. Samsung has the Behold II. HTC has the Hero, with the Passion/Dragon on the way. It’s about time LG put a capable Android contender in the ring. Of course, that’s assuming this rumors pans out. We’ll hopefully have more info soon.
