BlackBerry-9650-VZ

If anyone on a Verizon contract was glowing with envy for the BlackBerry Tour update coming to Sprint, you’ll be happy to see this picture of the 9650 Essex with Verizon branding. It seems a little more credible since the device itself has the VZ logo, and not just a wallpaper on the home screen like the Sprint leak, but there’s little not reason to believe both carriers will be offering the Essex. For a lot of people, the Wi-Fi, trackpad, and OS update make it worthwhile to upgrade from the Tour to the 9650; and for those on an older BlackBerry on a CDMA network, it’ll be hard to find something better than the Essex.
