Documents to Go Premium updated to support editing of PowerPoint presentations, GMail attachment handling

Documents to Go Premium

Popular mobile office solution for the iPhone (and other mobile platforms), Documents to Go Premium, has been updated and now it can edit PowerPoint files, making it the first app for the platform to do so. This, of course, is in addition to supporting Word and Excel files, a feature that was already available in earlier releases.

In addition to the PPT file support, the new version also works with GMail attachments. What this means is that you can connect to your GMail account to download and edit documents received — all while on the go.

This is great news for DataViz — the company behind Documents To Go — and I’m sure it will help them drive sales. The AppStore link remains the same, as well as the price ($14.99). A cheaper version which doesn’t work with attachments is also available (for $9.99).
