OtterBox Tandem Series Case for the Palm Pre

OtterBox, makers of some of the best ruggedized casing available on the market today, have announced a new case line to join the existing Defender, Commuter and Impact Series.

The new series is dubbed ‘Tandem’, and features a new, overmolded design. The case features both silicone and polycarbonite for top-notch protection. At the moment, the new Tandem series is in the works for the Palm Pre only. A shell attaches to the front of your Pre, and a second attaches to the back. Silicone is present all along the outside edge of the case, and when combined with the tough polycarbonate, provides an unmatched level of protection for your Pre. If you’re wondering how well the case will work when it comes to sliding the screen… No worries. Once the case is assembled all phone features and functionality remains the same. All you get is more protection, with no compromises (well, ok, perhaps just a touch of bulk :) )

You mentioned “Once the case is assembled all phone features and functionality remains the same.”

Does that include the touchstone charging functionality? Will the case still work with touchstone?
