Samsung has a new phone for the ever-growing Indian market – Metro 5200 Slider. No, it’s not yet another Corby phone, but a low-to-mid range slider, which specs include a 3.2-megapixel camera, thin body (10.9 mm), quad-band GSM connectivity, 2.1-inch screen, FM radio with RDS, 800mAh battery (5 hours talk time), 50 MB of internal memory that is further expandable with microSD cards — the phone ships with a 1GB card and can take cards of up to 8GB. Software wise, there’s a media player on board, office documents viewer, fake call, and other “standard for Samsung” mobile apps like calendar, alarm and so on.
