Important note for all T-Mobile BlackBerry users… in particular, BlackBerry users still rockin’ the trackball. Starting on February 15th, T-Mobile will replace any damaged or not-quite-up-to-snuff trackballs… for FREE. Yep, a free BlackBerry trackball replacement program is in the works. Awesome. The service will be available for Pearl 8100/8120 and Curve 8320 users only, and the device must have been purchased through T-Mobile.

Good on T-Mobile for once again taking care of their valued customers. I know a lot of folks will definitely be popping in to have their trackballs replaced. I know I would.

Note: NO, T-Mo will not replace your trackball with a trackpad… but wouldn’t that be amazing?! ;)
