Google Image Search - Popular Images

Google has recently included “Popular Images” feature to its Image Search service. Accessible on Android-powered devices and the iPhone, it lets users browse and find interesting images across categories such as Movies, Sports, Cars & Bikes, Music, and Cartoons. Each category has images corresponding to what’s popular on Google Image Search. Moreover, there’s the “Trends” category, which shows image queries from Google Trends that have especially high recent activity.

At the moment, Popular Images is available in the U.S. only, but I would expect to see it being rolled around the globe in no time. To give it a try, hop over to google.com, click on “Images” and then on the “Browse Popular Images” link. It’s that easy!
