Coming soon to the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPod Touch is a game that every Canadian would be silly not to at the very least, give a once-over. Named ‘Stinger Table Hockey’, the soon-to-be-released game from Stinger Games brings all of the fast and furious action of ‘table hockey’ to your device! The game is in full-3D, with the physics of it all powered by Bullet Physics.
Play against the computer, or play muliplayer via WiFi and Bluetooth. There’s also a Tournament mode in which you can compete against other nations. Me, I think I’d chalk up the traditional Canada vs. US matchup. Either that or Canada vs. U.S.S.R… Back in the day I used to see bubble hockey tables featuring those two combos ALL the time!
Talking about teams, you can even create your own custom team, or choose from one of 38 teams from all over the world. Very cool. There’s many more features prepped for release, and I can’t wait for this one to go live. Until then, hit up Stinger Games for more information. Stay tuned for more!
