If the previously leaked version of OS 5.0.0.545 for the BlackBerry Bold 9700 wasn’t your thing… Perhaps an official release will do? Vodafone UK has gone live with 5.0.0.545 for the 9700, and you can pick it up right here.
Nothing like an actual ‘official’ OS update to start the day. If you’re not on Vodafone, make sure you delete the vendor.xml file… Oh, and as per ALWAYS, be sure to backup your device and take all necessary precautions before you proceed. Yes, this is an official update, but still, things can go wrong!
