iPhone 4 Mockup

The next-gen iPhone has everyone talking these days. Call it what you like, the iPhone 4, the 4G or the HD, one thing is for sure, we’re going to know all about it come end of June/early July via the WWDC. If you’ve already gotten past the CDMA iPhone rumors, have digested the latest iPhone 4G specs, and had a quick looksee at the latest video of a leaked display assembly… why not take a few moments to breathe in a new design mockup, right?

Coming to us from MacPredictions.com is quite a nice looking rendition of what the next-gen iPhone might look like. Note the front-facing camera, the large display and the chrome bezel around the outside of the unit. Reminds me a lot of the iPad, especially in side profile. It’s also worth noting the mockup depicts an aluminum unibody enclosure… a step up and a far cry from the plastic enclosure we’re used to seeing in today’s 3G and 3GS. It would be nice (in my opinion) if a sturdy compromise was reached between the original iPhone (rugged-ish, but heavy), and current gen iPhones (lighter, but too much plastic). An aluminum unibody could be just what the doctor ordered.

While this of course is not the real deal, I can’t see the final product being too far removed from what we see here.

Please don’t post baseless rumors.. I’m so sick of seeing every Apple mockup (as are a lot of other people). This mockup doesn’t introduce anything either, or something that makes people go whoa (nokia and such have made mockups for devices that do), but this one is uncreative, uninspired, and uninteresting.

Please only post a group of mockups in a single post or ones which are credible.

    Wholeheartedly agree with Andrew.

Supposed leaks and wild rumors are one thing, but it’s a true waste of time looking at teenage fantasies.

Put them in one place if you feel that you have to. (Or just send them on to concept-phones.com where they belong.)

You guys are so narrow minded. The fact that Apple has introduced the “uni-body” enclosure to the line up of Notebooks & the iMac makes this “mockup” highly probable. If you have no interest in viewing mockups & rumours then don’t comment.

Well.. I’m a big fan of iphone and i’ve been planning actually to get one myself. But, i’ve changed my mind for more than one reason. The fact that it has an internal short life battery makes it not a good choice for a person who spends most of her time out just like me. Another thing is the bluetooth and its inability to connect with other mobiles unliss they were iphones. Which makes it, in my opinion, a limited device. One more important thing is the camera. Could you imagine a camera without a flash?!! i guess that it’s the most stupid mistake. Oh.. i forgot to mention the complications for downloading music or ring tones. So, PLZ try to consider all what i’ve mentioned, so i can get an iphone and feel comfprtale that i’ve got all i want in one mobile. thanks a lot..
