Dell Streak tablets gets bigger screens to battle iPad

The Android-powered Dell Streak (previously called the Mini 5) is bound to hit AT&T soon but Dell apparently is prepping bigger versions to battle the iPad.

According to photos leaked to Engadget, there will be a Streak with a 7-inch screen and one with a 10-inch screen. The good folks over there said the Streak 5 will be available this summer on AT&T, the Streak 7 will hit in the second half and the biggest version will hit next year. We should be putting the Streak 5 through the paces as soon as we can and hopefully it will just be the first in a long line of Android tablets.

I guess we’ll be seeing a lot of tablets in the future, which is sure to piss off Research In Motion’s Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis.
