We can already check into our favorite restaurants, bars, hotels and venues using apps like FourSquare, and we can rate them and tell our friends about it, too. But what about items like movies, books, television and music? Can’t we have a social networking app that does that, too? Yes, we can, and it’s called GetGlue for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. You can rate items, see what your friends think of certain movies and books and you can share stuff, too. Wired magazine even said it’s “The single most useful social networking tool I’ve encountered.”
It’s available in the iTunes app store now for free if you want to get to it.
