I’m not going to bother retyping this blog post on The Next Web since it’s crucially important that you just open up iTunes right now, change your password, and if you have a credit card on file … well it would be wise to take it off.

Summary: Some Asians hacked iTunes and are buying applications they themselves developed in order to A) promote them as popular applications and B) launder money through Apple.
