Price drops on Rogers Android devices

If you’re looking for an Android device, and live north-of-the-border (yes, Canadians I’m talking to you), Rogers has lowered the price on some very powerful Android-powered handsets… and more.

The scoop? Here are the price drops:

  • The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is now available for $99.99 on a 3-year contract (previously $149.99)
  • The Acer Liquid E is now available for $29.99 on a 3-year contract (previously $49.99)
  • The Motorola Quench is now available for $29.99 on a 3-year contract (previously $49.99)

The price drops weren’t limited to Android-powered devices. Looks like Rogers has dropped the price on the bada OS powered Samsung Wave. This surely isn’t a good sign for Samsung’s new device and operating system… I was wondering how it was going to do on Canadian shores… I suppose this answers my question.

The Samsung Wave is now available for $79.99 on a 3-year term (it was launched just last week for $99.99)

For more info, hit up Rogers.
