On the heels of the Android application update, Remember The Milk launched a new version of its iPhone app. As expected, the main point of this release is the support for the iOS 4 and iPhone 4′s Retina display. Here’s the recap of what’s changed:

  • Multitasking support
  • Background sync completion – which is very, very cool
  • Retina display support – includes revamped artwork
  • Accessibility and VoiceOver support
  • Localization updates – RTM iPhone app is now available in English, French, German, Japanese, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Polish, Czech and Greek

In addition, Remember The Milk for iPhone has been optimized and is now faster than ever. Moreover, many of the known bugs have been fixed.

Finally, free 15-day trial has been restarted. As you know, Remember The Milk for iPhone only works for Premium RTM users, while those with free accounts can only try it out for 15 days. If you’ve already used that period to test the application, you’re getting an additional two weeks for free after which you should/want to upgrade… AppStore link remains the same.
