Samsung Power Pack EBB-U10 for Galaxy S coming will be available in September for 70 Euros

It seems the initial slew of Galaxy S accessories is not the whole story. Samsung thinks its Android-powered baby can do more, hence they will be introducing an extended battery for the Galaxy S called Power Pack EBB-U10 at some point in September. According to AreaMobile which contacted the Korean company, the device pictured above (just the battery not the phone) will have a recommended retail price (RRP) of 69.90 EUR when it’s released in Germany. That’s kinda lot, but bare in mind you’re buying an extra 8.5 hours of talk time and who knows how many hours of audio/video playback.

Additional details are unknown. We can only hope Germany won’t be the only place to get this useful accessory and that soon enough every Galaxy S carrier around the world — including all mobile operators in the U.S. — will get to sell it. The second we hear something on that, we’ll let you know. Stay tuned…
